JOB TITLE: Bartender - September 23rd Hiring Event
GAMING LICENSE REQUIRED: Class III B GRADE: $11.000 STATUS: Hourly
POSITION REPORTS TO: Beverage Supervisor
JOB SUMMARY: Mixes and serves drinks, stocks supplies, keeps accurate records of inventory, accepts money and makes change.

Promotes positive customer relations and consistently prompt service.
Responsibly mixes and serves drinks, according to the policy & procedure, for servers and customers.
Takes daily inventory and stocks supplies.
Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of all bar equipment.
Maintain an orderly, accurate par level for bar service outlet.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS (required/preferred):
Must maintain a valid WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit.
Must have or be able to obtain an Alcohol Service Permit Class 12.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND TRAINING FOR POSITION (required/preferred):
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
One (1) year experience in bartending required; bartending school or equivalent experience may be substituted for schooling.
SPECIFIC SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ ABILITIES REQUIRED FOR POSITION:
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Must have knowledge of mixology, beer, and wines, as well as alcohol safety awareness.
Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner.
Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers.
Must be neat, clean, and professional.
Basic math skills.
Working knowledge of P.O.S. systems helpful.

Must be 21 years of age or older.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to forty pounds (40 lbs.).
Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
