    GAMING LICENSE REQUIRED:          Class III B

    GRADE:                                                  8/$16.251

    STATUS:                                                 Hourly

    SYSTEM TITLE:                                      Finance Clerk II

    POSITION REPORTS TO:                      Receiving and Warehouse Manager

     

    JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for issuing, recording, distributing and altering uniforms. Also assists with shipping and receiving duties (non-gaming) when necessary.

    Responsibilities

    MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Practice, support and promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Muckleshoot Casino
    2. Issues uniforms to Casino team members.
    3. Maintains team member records related to uniforms.
    4. Maintains uniform inventory and related computer system.
    5. Places orders for new uniform purchases.
    6. Makes basic alterations to uniforms (sewing, hemming, etc.)
    7. Coordinates the laundering of uniforms, as needed.
    8. Issues out team member lockers and maintains the related paperwork.
    9. Assists the receiving clerks (except for III-A gaming deliveries)
    10. Assists in the filing, sorting and document maintenance of department paperwork.
    11. Assists other accounting personnel as job duties are completed, or in the case of absences.
    12. Create, maintain and facilitate a positive professional environment.
    13. Smile and engage Guests and Team Members with a positive professional demeanor
    14. Performs other job related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING FOR POSITION (required and preferred):

    • High school diploma or GED required.
    • Intermediate level sewing and alteration experience required.

    SPECIFIC SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES REQUIRED FOR POSITION:

    • Alteration and sewing experience.
    • Basic computer literacy.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical requirements described herein are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential duties of this job.

    • Manual dexterity for operation of personal computer and routine paperwork.
    • Ability to sit, stand, stoop, kneel and bend for extended length of time.
    • Must be able to move and lift 30 pounds.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
    • Some essential functions of the job will be performed within a smoking environment.
